Mr. Michael Collins
President
Mike is President of Ray and Associates, Inc. He oversees all searches conducted by the firm and will directly interact with your school district and any committee that may be established on all details of this search. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Education from Ball State University. Mike has been a business owner for 37 years including a statewide education consulting firm. He is also a former two term city school district Board of Education member and a former two term elected State Board of Education member.
