Dr. Michael Glascoe

Regional Search Associate

Michael serves our firm as a Regional Search Associate, team member and background investigator and as such performs recruiting and screening of candidates. He has an earned doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and was a State District Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Regional Superintendent and Principal in Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey since 1989. Dr. Glascoe also worked with the Maryland Association of Boards of Education as well as Council of Urban Boards of Education.
