This is the database area for Ray &Associates, an educational leadership search firm, for candidates to fill out their application, update completed applications, Associates, and R&A personnel to gather the information they need. There are the following sections:
1. Candidate Registration Form- For first time potential applicants to fill out the needed information to join the Ray and Associates candidate database. This is for first time applicants who would like to have their information added for potential job opening consideration.
2. Applicant Login- For those candidates who have already registered and may need to update their information, applications, resumes, etc. Also used for applying to new opportunities.
3. Associate Portal- This area is for R&A Associates to access the database as needed
4. Admin Portal- For R&A Admins to access the database as needed.

We use our candidate database to help distircts and clients to find their ideal candidates. We use the database to match candidates with the goals and needs of the district so there is not wasted time or effort on the districts part. This allows for a pool of ideal candidates to be matched with the districts location, current needs, and expertise that is being considered for their position(s).
