The Roosevelt Union Free School District, located in Roosevelt, Nassau County, New York, has an approximately 3,300 K -12 student enrollment. The School District has approximately 600 employees. The District has five schools (three elementary and two secondary) serving students in K through twelfth grades: Centennial Avenue Elementary, Ulysses Byas Elementary, Washington Rose Elementary, Roosevelt Middle School, and Roosevelt High School. All the District's schools are located in Roosevelt, NY. The District partners with local schools to provide Pre-K services.

The total estimated revenue for the District's general fund for the 2023-2024 budget is $137M. These funds are being used to enhance the District's salary schedules, maintain current class sizes, restore/preserve facilities, fund technology and innovative programs, and more.
